We had a super day at Thompson House, Cora and Elsie both rode Apache who was amazing, getting 3rd and 6th. The dogs won in the dog show and Flick took 2nd with dad riding 😊

The chicks are old enough now to go outside, we’ve made them a separate coop near the house, so they’re not bullied by the other 10 chickens in the woods. Chicken Jockey, Sydney and Cookie seem quite happy wandering about and having some freedom, I think perhaps these 3 will be more ‘pets’ than ‘egg…

Took the goats for a walk and the ponies for a canter today 👍

This afternoon’s summer holiday activity, build an animal shelter I’m not inclined to say ‘which animals’ on a social forum as it could get me in serious trouble. Most of our animals generally ‘appear’ and then end up staying. But I can say that it would definitely fit a couple of pygmi goats pretty well
